Referral Payment Information
Once you refer someone to us, you just have to sit back and relax. Within 48 hours of final payment from
the referred client, you check will be issued based on Chart 1.

Taxes
When you receive payment from HeathNet Consulting (HNC) it is your responsible for payment
of all taxes including Federal, State and local taxes based on the referral check issued
by HNC, including by way of illustration but not limitation, Federal and State income tax,
Social Security tax, Unemployment Insurance taxes, and any other taxes or business license
fee as required.
Liability
HNC reserves the right to accept or deny any referred project under any circumstances. The
referral bonus will only be paid if the project is accepted and completed by HNC.
